During Microsoft’s press briefing
in Los Angeles, Cliff Bleszinski showed a new chapter from
the two-player cooperative campaign of Gears of War 2 called
"Sinkhole." In Gears of War 2, the Locust are back
and they now have the ability to sink entire cities. This
chapter demonstrated at E3 takes place in a city that has
been destroyed by one of these giant Locust sinkholes.
Cliff Bleszinski played as Marcus Fenix,
while Senior Producer Rod Fergusson was backstage playing
as Dominic Santiago. In this part, Marcus and Dom have to
traverse this precarious city, which is full of nasty new
Locusts and a "little" surprise at the bottom.View
