GamePro issue 234, which hits news
stands on Feb. 12 and mailboxes next week, has a preview of
Gears of War 2. Unfortunately, this can't be considered an
unofficial announcement of the game. Epic Games' Vice President
said:
"It is complete nonsense.
We have not announced a sequel to Gears of War to Gamepro
or anyone else for that matter."
Over the last couple of months, we
have seen lot of activity related to Gears of War and a potential
sequel. Amazon.com included the game in its listings, along
with the book "Gears of War: The Pendulum Wars".
NECA also announced the first wave of Gears of War figures
and now GamePro claims to have the first info on the game.
