Gearheads felt betrayed when they found
out that the Brumak they saw off in the distance in "Entrenched,"
became a boss you could actually fight in the PC version of
Gears of War. Today, it's a happy day for all those who were
waiting to fight a Brumak without having to buy a badass computer.
Voice-actor John DiMaggio, who voices
Futurama's Bender and Marcus Fenix in Gears of War, has revealed
that Xbox 360 owners will finally get a chance to fight a
Brumak in Gears of War 2.In an interview with IGN, DiMaggio
said:
GearsHeads will
get the chance to fight the Brumak once and for all!
"It's badass. In fact, I saw some
of the stuff yesterday! Which level was it? It was, well listen,
there's bigger beasts in this game. Bigger beasts. Remember
the scene with the Brumak, when the Brumak comes out and we're
like 'Brumak! Roll! Get outta there!' and it's coming after
them – and they don't have a fight with him? Well, they
fight him now."
