Canals
The once beautiful waterways of this city are now filled with
the debris of the war raging on between the Cogs and the Locusts.
The Canals map provides a number of interior and exterior
pathways for both long range and close quarters combat. There
are two passage ways along the outer sides of the map that
are good for flanking the enemy who may take position on the
central bridges or waterways.

The Venice canals
might be beautiful, but these canals are far from pleasant.

Taking out a pair of snipers
is never and easy task, but teamwork ensures you won't be
caught all alone in the open. Keeping quiet will help keep
you alive, and making the slightest noise will alert your
enemy to your approach. When dealing with skilled snipers,
it's generally a good idea to keep your head down...before
you lose it all together. Be careful when going for a buzzsaw
kill, if you rev it up too soon, you'll give your opponent
a chance to react.

This map is the kind of
map that you want to have a good Sniper on your Team. Make
sure you and your team have committed to a strategy for whoose
getting what. Get one person on your team to rush the canal
and get the torque bow or try to elminate the enemies before
they get it. while the other Team mate grabs the Sniper Rifle
and start taking heads off. The other two teamates make sure
one rushes the other Sniper, and Grab the Frags in the middle
bridge. With a little practice your team should be up with
the big boys.

Canals is a great level
to get your sniper skills up to par, Make sure that you do
alot of ducking and crouching or you wont get alot of playing
time in.
